The company Bio Starch Industries Worldwide Sdn Bhd was incorporated with registrar on the 17th June 2013. The main purpose of registered this company is to set- up Bio Tapioca Starch factory in Malaysia. Since this were the latest technology in starch industries and have a great potential globally the company intention to manufacture this full bio tapioca starch for local and export requirement.

Bio Starch Industries Worldwide Sdn Bhd vision is to manufacture product of environmental friendly with cost effective to customer satisfaction. With the latest intervention from government to develop biotech in the country in other way the company assist and support government vision for the new growth area.

The main objective of this paper is to translating the important of bio technology research into economic and social benefit for the country and the world as the whole.

Bio Starch Industries Worldwide Sdn Bhd d intention to setting up a factory on the production of full bio tapioca starch product will enhance the country advancement in biotechnology field.

The outsource of funding for setting up the full bio tapioca starch factory in Malaysia thru
a. Individual or company as investor interested to venture in the biotechnology project.
b. Offering to venture capital company to participate in this project.
c. Government support thru grant and financing from local financial institution.

Bio Starch Industries Worldwide Sdn Bhd is a Non-Bumiputera owned company with the majority equity. Currently the company authorized capital is RM 6,000,000 and its paid up capital is RM 2,000,000.

Ms. Puteri Rosmawini binti Abdullah (43) a founder of Bio Starch Industries Worldwide Sdn Bhd. She obtained her Degree in Economic from Shinshu University in Nagoya, Japan in 1991. Prior to that she holds a Diploma in Accounting(LCCI) from U.K in 1989. She started her career as Administrator with Singapore Airline for almost 2 years before starting her own business. She starts her own manpower agency (Cybernation Sdn Bhd) since 1995 and become main player in solution provider for supplying foreign worker for local industries. Currently she is concentrating on the setting-up this bio tapioca starch factory in Malaysia.

Mr. Choy Siang Tse @ Chai Siang Tse (30) is a co-founder of Bio Starch Industries Worldwide Sdn Bhd. He is a businessman by profession and had few years of experiences in business especially dealing with trading and man power industry. His early involvement in business sector went he become wholesaler for importing all type material related to silk, textiles from Indonesia, India and Vietnam and supply for local consumption. He also involve in manpower industry which related to supplying foreign worker and dealing with KDN approval, calling visa and worker clearance. At moment he is actively involved in this Bio Tapioca Starch project especially on preparing necessary documentation for the MIDA license beside concentrate in outsource funding for the project thru local financial Institution and venture capital company.
